Miradas sobre la investigación en economía en Uruguay

This book was conceived as part of the commemoration of the 70th anniversary of the Instituto de Economía (IECON) of the Faculty of Economic Sciences and Administration of the Universidad de la República, in 2019. Its initial purpose was to recapitulate what had been done in IECON's seventy years life, and promote a reflection that goes beyond a merely account of the institutional work. Given the ambitious nature of this approach, which required an interdisciplinary view, to organize and carry out this task IECON had the valuable collaboration of the Archivo General of the Universidad de la República.
